Hiring an Owner Representative to assume the lead role for a project will ensure its success from the design, implementation and cost perspectives. Our clients have achieved project savings ranging from 10%-40% off original budget estimates on construction savings alone. Our process also creates savings on construction interest payments by driving schedule efficiencies, and internal labor savings by relieving team members from project responsibilities.
As your owner representative, we will act as your fiduciary, making sound decisions and demystifying the real estate
