McGuire Development was selected by the Richardson Center Corporation for owner’s representative services and to guide the organization through the renovation of one of Buffalo’s most iconic architectural treasures, the Richardson Olmsted Complex. We coordinate with the construction management team and all other project stakeholders to ensure the project proceeds on time and within budget.
As the select Owner's Representative and Property Management company for Pegula Sports and Entertainment, McGuire Development acted as PSE’s local expert real estate arm. 79 Perry Street, the 79,030 SF building located in the historic Cobblestone district in Buffalo, NY, is a first class entertainment destination. The five-story warehouse was developed into a mixed-use facility that will include retail, commercial, and residential space.
Kids Escaping Drugs retained McGuire Development for Owner's Representation Services for the expansion of their Administrative Services Building and Palmerton Place, their newest state-of-the-art addition on Renaissance Campus. McGuire Development assisted in keeping the budget on track and the project on schedule, to ensure normal business activities and expanded services to help adolescents in need was not impacted.
The Buffalo City Mission has retained McGuire Development to provide owner representation and real estate services for the City Mission's planned expansion of their current site on E. Tupper in Downtown Buffalo. The 75,000 SF expanded facility is to be completed in 2020.
The IBM Buffalo IT Innovation Hub, part of the Buffalo Billion economic development, is located on the top six floors of the Key Center's south towner. This project was completed in April 2017 with the help of McGuire Development's owner representation services.
After completing construction of Athenex’s international headquarters in Phase I, McGuire Development also assisted with Phase II of Athenex’s Conventus construction project - facilitating the build-out of +/- 15,000 SF of state-of-the-art pharmaceutical laboratory and research/design space on the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus.
McGuire Development was hired as the owner's representative to facilitate the Club's $9 M expansion and renovation project. McGuire oversaw the project design through construction, to restoration.
McGuire Development successfully leased approximately 80,000 SF of space to Erie County Department Social Services at AppleTree Business Park in 2018. The lease was facilitated via a response to a request for proposal issued by Erie County, where McGuire Development responded on behalf of AmCap Inc. (Owners of AppleTree Business Park).
In the Fall of 2016, McGuire Development was engaged as Tapestry Charter School's Owner’s Representative to convert their selected expansion vision into a reality for Tapestry’s future campus on Great Arrow. The brand new, $17 M project 60,000 SF facility at 111 Great Arrow Ave opened on time, and on budget Fall 2018.
McGuire facilitated Excelsior Orthopaedics review and understanding of the design and construction of their new stand-alone 28,000 SF Ambulatory Surgery Center within the confines of its Amherst campus. McGuire Development provided transparency and accountability to the doctors in our owner's representation services, and enabled them to continue caring for their patients while the project proceeded on schedule, on budget, and to the group’s highest satisfaction.
