McGuire Development Leases 100 Percent of 665 Main Street

McGuire Development Company, a local commercial development, real estate consulting and property management firm, announces the lease of 11,376 sq. ft. of space at 665 Main Street in Buffalo, NY to the law firm Goldberg Segalla. This transaction brings the facility to full occupancy.

Goldberg Segalla currently leases 50,000 sq. ft. within the building. This transaction increases its total to 61,376 sq. ft and includes occupancy on the second, third, and fourth floors of the four-story building. The firm recently consolidated its two local offices and brought close to 60 additional employees into the downtown business corridor.

Goldberg Segalla, which is one of the largest law firms in Western New York, handles a wide variety of litigation, transactional, and regulatory matters for clients across the globe and is one of the fastest growing law firms in the United States. The expansion of its downtown Buffalo headquarters caps off a dynamic period of growth for Goldberg Segalla, which has opened five new offices in three states since the beginning of the year.
