When Tronconi Segarra & Associates’ lease was up for renewal at its main location in Western New York, the CPA firm sought out McGuire Development to assess the company’s real estate needs and help plan for their future.
McGuire Development was initially retained as a tenant representative to assist in renegotiating the Tronconi Segarra’s lease in their current space. As the companies worked through the negotiations, Tronconi Segarra determined that it would rather own a building than continue to lease space. Once this was decided, McGuire Development’s brokerage team performed an extensive site search for Tronconi Segarra, presenting and evaluating a number of options, which resulted in the purchase of the site at 8321 Main Street in Williamsville. McGuire Development also partnered with Tronconi Segarra on the development of the new building.
As the developer and owner representative for the new building, McGuire Development worked closely with Tronconi Segarra on the design, vision and budget for the project. Our dedicated team conducted weekly meetings with the architect and construction manager, ensuring the project moved forward according to the projected schedule and budget despite adverse weather conditions throughout the fall and winter. As a result, the new building was completed on time, within budget and delivered Tronconi Segarra’s incredible vision.
Since the close of construction, McGuire Development’s relationship with Tronconi Segarra has continued through our Property Management and Real Estate Services departments as we maintain the new property and facilitate the sale of a senior partner’s former location.
